
First Atlantic Bank Commences Its Operations in Liberia
First Atlantic Bank PLC has secured regulatory approval from the Central Bank of Liberia to operate as a universal bank in Liberia, marking a significant milestone in the Bank's regional expansion strategy.
The Bank has established its Head Office and branch at DB Heights, 9th Street, Opposite LBDI, Sinkor, Monrovia, and its Clara Town Branch at United Nations Drive (U.N. Drive), Clara Town, Bushrod Island, Monrovia. The official launch of First Atlantic Bank PLC's operations in Liberia is scheduled for Friday, 31 July 2026. The expansion extends the Bank's presence beyond Ghana into the Liberian market.
